The Beauty Farm – Meliá Sancti Petri is a unique centre where you can get fit, do sport or relax as our staff take care of you and recharge your batteries, far from the pressures of the daily routine.

 

Alternate between sea-water swimming pools which improve the circulatory system and tone muscles; bubbles and hydrotherapy which reduce tension and relax the muscles; the sauna which helps get rid of toxins and cleans the respiratory passages; and massage which helps to combat cellulitis and improves the area around the veins as well as providing utter relaxation. All of this in a stunning environment for you to enjoy with your family and friends.

 

Our centre uses techniques based on an optical diagnosis of the skin, active substances, bio-enzymes, anti-aging peeling, calming agents and specific homeopathic elements which help ensure the treatments have the desired effect.

 

Massages. Our professional team propose subtle or energetic massages using oils and natural essences; or iced oligoelemental massages, especially in the summer. The skin is renewed thanks to circulatory stimulation and recovers its equilibrium and beauty. Other proposals are the clay, algae, paraffin and mud wraps, and body enzyme masks.

 

Weight loss treatments. We aim to make sure that your visit to our Beauty Farm is most welcoming and enjoyable. The techniques we use are the latest available, and we spare no efforts in ensuring that we deliver exactly what clients expect of us. That’s why we now offer “Le Endermologie L.P.G.”, “American Body” treatments and body wraps to lose weight from the very first session.

 

Neokit Cocoon bath and solarium. The Neokit Cocoon bath is a place where you can try a Turkish bath, or a Vichy shower with vibrating tray, a bath with water jets focused on your back, waist, legs and the soles of your feet. You can even try our cutting-edge artificial solarium.

 

Depilation and make-up. Our wax is either based on aloe vera or ingredients from the sea, depending on the skin type and specific needs of our guests. Nails are painted with the latest fashionable colours provided by major brands and decorated with frost, gold, silver or shine. When applying make-up we use Jorge de la Garza's latest techniques.

 

Vinotherapy. The innovative products of the “Kianty Experience” range by Brunno Vassari incorporate a mixture of polyphenols from the grape seed and vitamin E which stabilise the structure of the skin’s proteins. The vitamin E penetrates to where the skin needs a greater concentration of antioxidants and also hydrates the skin and increases the activity of the enzymes in the skin tissue.

 

Chocolate therapy. The latest novelty of chocalate baths and massages hydrate your skin and combat cellulitis. They also relieve tension, lack of vitality, tiredness and all the symptoms of stress. Research has revealed that chocolate is a powerful element in the preservation of beauty, thanks to its thinning, detoxifying and reaffirming properties.

 

Hairdresser. And for that final touch, the hairdresser provides “Tigo” finishings and complements by Revlon and the “indola” colour, perms in ten minutes with ozonomatic: the revolutionary machine which has changed the concept of the modern hairdressing.

 

As well as the treatments on offer, the hotel has two saunas, a whirlpool bath and a heated swimming pool with two multijet beds and several areas with power showers for neck, back and sole massages.

SPA

A modern space, warm and welcoming, ideal for wellbeing and relaxation, and providing unforgettable experiences. Exclusively for the use of hotel guests, it is designed to be one of the hotel’s most popular and frequented areas. A philosophy based on “sensorial architecture”.

 

Roman thermal baths: At a temperature of 50-55 degrees centigrade and 70% relative constant humidity. Ideal for cleansing the body of toxins, moisturizing the skin and activating circulation. Beneficial for any age and for all the problems caused by bad circulation.

 

Hamman: Also known as Turkish baths or wet sauna. It purifies the body, moisturizes the skin and improves the respiratory system at a temperature of 45 degrees and 100% relative humidity. The culture of the Turkish bath has evolved since its beginnings to the present day, transforming this purifying space into an instrument of wellbeing and relaxation. The heat of the steam is the source for cleansing the skin and providing it with luminosity. The damp heat and the freshness of the water poured over the body highlight the fascination with the Turkish bath and drives stress away.

 

Finnish sauna: This wooden room contains benches at different heights and a heat source which provides temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees and contains relative humidity from between 10-13%. Finnish tradition, the love of well being and the culture of relaxation are the concepts that we wish to offer with our sauna. Feel the energy of water and fire. The sauna experience is completed with a carefully designed shower area which fully represents this Nordic tradition.

 

Cold shower with round stones: Dry heat followed by a shower of refreshing water provides the body and the mind with a pleasant toning and revitalizing effect.

 

Sensation showers: A traditional element in any spa or hydro therapy centre. It involves two different types of showers, a Bioshower with different jets of water at different heights, and another cyclonic shower of contrasts which includes a cold, waterfall type shower. Reactivate the blood’s circulation, refresh, relax and tone the skin and help find the balance between body and mind.

 

Pediluvio: A walkway of round stones and jets of water. Walking on stones activates circulation in the soles of the feet and stimulates vital energy points which control the rest of the body, add to this, jets of hot and cold water which activate circulation of the extremidades inferiores.

 

Heated loungers: The pleasure of the warmth and the beneficial properties of the heated loungers help relaxation at any moment of the day.

 

Hydro massage bath: Provides long sought for relaxation and well being, a place to be rid of fatigue and stress and replace it with the desired smile and tranquility.

Different to other traditional baths, the hydro massage bath carries us to a world of distinct sensations. It provides a body massage whilst submerged in water between 38º C and 40 ºC thanks to the system of pressure jets aimed at different parts of the body.

 

Dynamic hydrothermal pool: In this heated swimming pool there is a controlled action of pressured water jets, ideal for improving the circulation and relaxing muscles including multijet bubble baths, swan neck waterfall for the neck, water jets for the back, direct water jets for the soles of the feet and the andador.

 

Relax area and natural solarium: It is time to relax and lie back for at least ten minutes in one of the comfortable sun beds with views of the small garden.

 

Juice therapy: Lastly, before taking off the swim suit, enjoy a juice to restore liquids and inject the body with some vitamins as a complete session of hydro therapy can be as draining as a session in the gym.

 

Tea menu: Enjoy a tea from the wide choice available on the spa terrace.

 

The use of the Spa is not allowed to 16-year-old minors. Minors aged between 10 and 16 years can only access the Spa in the company of an adult responsible for them, under no circumstances can enter the Spa under 10 years even if accompanied. We recommend that you follow the rules of conduct of the Spa area on show in the entrance.
